Donation/Sponsorship Requirements and Guidelines

Please read all of our requirements and guidelines before submitting your request.

✔ Submit their request at least 30 days in advance of the event or program.

✔ Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and provide documentation, including a copy of IRS determination and EIN in the form below.

✔ Obtain all required permits, including approval from the Liquor Control Board when alcohol will be served.

✔ Not have received a donation from Workhorse Brewing within the past 12 months.

We are pleased to consider donation requests from eligible organizations that meet the following requirements. To be considered, applicants must:

Ineligible requests - Unfortunately, we are unable to consider donation/sponsorship requests from the following:

✘ Youth or teen individuals, organizations, sports teams, etc. (including events where proceeds benefit youth programs).

✘ Organizations without 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status..

✘ Third-party fundraising organizations.

✘ Fraternal organizations.

✘ Solicitations to advertise.

✘ Political, faith-based, or religious organizations.
