Cloudy Judgment: Hazy IPA - 6.3% | $6
We hereby declare that you’ll love our Cloudy Judgment IPA. Loaded with juicy orange and ripe mango aromas. Thanks to a healthy dose of citra and mosaic hops, and brewed with plenty of oats for a silky smooth mouthfeel. 

Quiet Quitting: Hazy IPA - 6.6% | $7
Mosaic hops bring bursts of ripe mango, blueberry, and papaya, while Amarillo adds a zesty layer of orange, grapefruit, and floral notes. Wai-lti, a unique hop from New Zealand, rounds out the profile with hints of lime zest, peach, and subtle touch of fresh apricot. CONTAINS LACTOSE. 

Change of Pace: Hazy IPA - 6.8% | $7
Brewed with a Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops, this brew is a vibrant medley of flavors and aromas. A healthy dose of wheat and oats provide a soft pillowy base that lets the hop flavors shine  through. 

Big Bear: Hazy IPA - 7.4% | $7
Double-dry hopped with Callista, Simcoe, and Cashmere hops, Big Bear is smooth on the palate and loaded with fruity aromas. You’ll find notes of mango, lemon, tangerine, and sweet berries. 

Featherweight Wit: Belgian Witbier - 5.5% | $5
Refreshing & flavorful, this is brewed with a blend of malted wheat and barley. Light to medium body, unfiltered and crisp. Complex aromatics that feature citrus, orange peel, subtle hints of coriander and other spices. 

Vaporwave: Hazy IPA - 6.4% | $6
Brewed with Mosaic, Citra, Moutere, and El Dorado hops, Vaporwave is full of tropical flavors and boasts aromas of citrus, pineapple, and mango. Ride the wave!

Side Hustle: Hazy IPA - 7.0% | $7
Brewed with hearty doses of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops, Side Hustle is a sensory trip to the tropics. The hops evoke notes of mango, peach, and citrus for a fruit-forward sip that finishes with a mild bitterness and a hint of pine. 

Fade: West Coast IPA - 6.4% | $7
An old-school, hoppy west coast IPA with a distinctive flavor profile that’s known for its resinous notes, pine flavors, citrus, grapefruit, and orange zest. Brewed with Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops. 

Tidal Surge: West Coast IPA - 6.0% | $7
Ride the flavor wave with this smooth West Coast IPA. Enjoy classic orange pulp aroma alongside a prominent juiciness that makes this a fan fave.

Highway Miles: West Coast IPA - 6.7% | $7
Light body, big hop aroma, and firm bitterness hit the road together in Highway Miles. Brewed with Centennial and Simcoe hops, a modest malt bill takes a backseat to fresh, citrusy hop flavors and a refreshing finish. 

Subtle Gestures: Blonde Ale - 6.0% | $7
Brewed with Double Eagle pilsner malt and a healthy dose of Centennial hops, Subtle Gestures was fermented warm to enhance its fruity esters, a great complement to the dry sweetness you’ll get on the back-end.

Good Jams: Pale Ale - 5.3% | $5
Brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, and Talus hops, this pale ale is citrusy, piney, and juicy. Flaked with oats give it a smooth, hazy body that’ll have you jamming along after one sip. 

Shore Foliage: Pumpkin Ale - 7.2% | $7
This Pumpkin Ale is a delightful autumn brew that captures the essences of the season. The aroma is a warm embrace of freshly roasted pumpkin, perfectly balanced with the comforting notes of baking spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.

Rind & Shine: Summer Ale - 5.5% | $5
The perfect sip to get you started on a summer day. Rind & Shine is refreshingly balanced with citrus notes from orange and lemon peel, while the honey and wheat back end will leave you asking for another.  

Bird Lite Lime: Light American Lager with Lime - 3.7% | $4
We dosed our ever-popular Bird Lite with a healthy serving of fresh lime for an amazing springtime treat! This light American Lager is cool and refreshing as it goes down, with a slight hint of German hops. One sip and you’ll be wishing you were on some beach somewhere.

Average Bird: American Corn Lager - 4.3% | $5
Enjoy a beer that tastes like a beer. This newer addition to our Bird Lager line is cool and crisp, and brewed with locally grown corn and 2-row.

Other Robots: Helles Lager - 5.0% | $4
Brewed with all German ingredients, Other Robots is an incredibly smooth and crushable Helles-style lager beer. Light in color with a mellow, drinkable flavor that highlights the imported Pilsner malt and clean fermentation profile. Here at Bald Birds, Helles Other Robots.

Far Out: Bock-style Lager - 6.6% | $6
Traditional German lager showcasing its rich malty flavors and smooth, full bodied character. Deep amber to brown with an off white creamy head. Notes of toffee, caramel, & toasted bread complimented by subtle hints of dark fruit & noble hops. Malt forward on the palate. 

Edge of Town: Dark Lager - 4.6% | $5
Brewed in the tradition of a classic German-style black lager, this Schwarzbier boasts a smooth and clean flavor profile. Expect subtle roasted malt notes with hints of dark chocolate, coffee, and caramel, balanced by mind bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. 

Wunderkind: German Pilsner - 4.5% | $5
Inspired by the most traditional German pilsners the mind can conjure and brewed using pilsen malt, German yeast, and Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops, you’ll find yourself wondering how a beer can be so simple yet so flavorfully complex.

Cloud Piercer: New Zealand-style Pilsner - 5.0% | $5
This unique pilsner shows up with citrusy hints of lemon, lime, and orange pith, finishing with piney, resinous notes for an unexpected twist on the style. 

Pine Creek Porter: Porter - 6.3% | $6
Complex english style porter with the addition of cherry wood smoked malt. Inviting aromas of chocolate, coffee, subtle hints of caramel intertwined with delicate smokiness that adds depth. Flavors of dark malt, roasted nuts and touch of sweetness. 

Grand Bald Eagle: Imperial Stout - 9.3% | $4 (5 oz. pour); $9 (10 oz pour)
More Majestic than ever, Grand Bald Eagle sees our American stout flying to lofty new heights. Brewed with a huge amount of roasted barley and Chinook and Cascade hops, expect a complex blend of coffee and chocolate with the depth of flavor you expect from an imperial stout.
