Private Event Guidelines

ALL EVENT AND GROUP PACKAGE INQUIRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE EVENT INQUIRY FORM!

For more information, or to book your next event or group gathering with us, please contact our Event Coordinator by filling out the Inquiry Form.

Once you have submitted the event inquiry form, our Event Coordinator will reach out within 72 hours to help you plan an awesome event!

Please include ALL of the following information in your email so we can best help you to plan your event:

  • Your first & last name

  • Your phone number (for follow-up contact)

  • The purpose of your event

  • Desired date of the event (and alternate date in case the initial date is unavailable)

  • Preferred time frame

  • Estimated headcount

  • Any additional information you'd like us to know about your event
