Cloudy Judgment: Hazy IPA - 6.3% | $7
We hereby declare that you’ll love our Cloudy Judgment IPA. Loaded with juicy orange and ripe mango aromas. Thanks to a healthy dose of citra and mosaic hops, and brewed with plenty of oats for a silky smooth mouthfeel. 

Big Bear: Hazy IPA - 7.4% | $8
Big Bear is double-dry hopped with Callista, Simcoe, and Cashmere hops. Smooth on the palate and loaded with fruity aromas, you’ll find notes of mango, lemon, tangerine, and sweet berries.

Change of Pace: Hazy IPA - 6.8% | $7
Brewed with a Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops, this brew is a vibrant medley of flavors and aromas. A healthy dose of wheat and oats provide a soft, pillowy base that lets the hop flavors shine through.

Side Hustle: Hazy IPA - 7.0% | $8
Brewed with hearty doses of Citra, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops, Side Hustle is a sensory trip to the tropics. The hops evoke notes of mango, peach, and citrus for a fruit-forward sip that finishes with mild bitterness and a hint of pine. A few pints will have you ready to quit your day job.

Highway Miles: West Coast IPA - 6.7% | $7
Light body, big hop aroma, and firm bitterness hit the road together in Highway Miles. Brewed with Centennial and Simcoe hops, a modest malt bill takes a backseat to fresh, citrusy hop flavors and a refreshing finish.

Featherweight Wit: Belgian Witbier - 5.5% | $6
Refreshing & flavorful, this is brewed with a blend of malted wheat and barley. Light to medium body, unfiltered and crisp. Complex aromatics that feature citrus, orange peel, subtle hints of coriander and other spices. 

Wunderkind: Pilsner - 4.5% | $6
Inspired by the most traditional German pilsners the mind can conjure and brewed using pilsen malt, German yeast, and Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops, you’ll find yourself wondering how a beer can be so simple yet so flavorfully complex.

Other Robots: Helles Lager - 5.0% | $6
Brewed with all German ingredients, Other Robots is an incredibly smooth and crushable Helles-style lager beer. Light in color with a mellow, drinkable flavor that highlights the imported Pilsner malt and clean fermentation profile. Here at Bald Birds, Helles Other Robots.

Far Out: Bock-style Lager - 6.6% | $7
Traditional German lager showcasing its rich malty flavors and smooth, full bodied character. Deep amber to brown with an off white creamy head. Notes of toffee, caramel, & toasted bread complimented by subtle hints of dark fruit & noble hops. Malt forward on the palate. 

King Congo: Coffee Porter - 6.5% | $7
Brewed with light roast Congo coffee from our friends at Valerio Coffee Roasters, King Congo boasts tasting notes of dark chocolate and coffee roastiness to round out its smooth porter mouthfeel.
