Cloudy Judgement: Hazy IPA - 6.3% abv
We hereby declare that you’ll love our Cloudy Judgment IPA. Loaded with juicy orange and ripe mango aromas. Thanks to a healthy dose of Citra and Mosaic hops, and being brewed with plenty of oats, it offers a nice, silky smooth mouthfeel.

Fade: West Coast IPA - 6.4% abv
An old school, hoppy west coast IPA with a distinctive flavor profile that’s known for its resinous notes, pine flavors, citrus, grapefruit, and orange zest. Brewed with Chinook, Centennial and Cascade hops. 

Flock Around & Find Out: Hazy IPA - 7.5% abv
This juicy little troublemaker swoops in with a hazy orange glow and a fluffy white cap worthy of top bird status. Loaded with an all-New Zealand hop lineup – Wai'iti, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron – it flaps out waves of citrus, peach, berries, and tropical goodness with reckless abandon. Soft, pillowy, and just sweet enough to keep you coming back for another sip. Low bitterness. Big flock energy.

Mango with the Flow: Hazy Mango IPA - 7.5%
Go with the flow and lean into the tropics. This hazy mango IPA brings juicy mango front and center and is backed by a delicious New Zealand hop lineup. Bursting with notes of ripe stone fruit, citrus, berries, and tropical sweetness, each sip is smooth, pillowy, and packed with juicy flavor. Minimal bitterness, maximum vibe.

Founding Feathers: Double Dry-Hopped Pilsner - 5.4% abv
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Elmwood Park Zoo, Founding Feathers is a crisp, refreshing pilsner that soars with bold hop character. Double dry hopping gives this lager bright hop aroma while maintaining the clean, snappy finish that makes pilsners so timeless. Inspired by America's national bird and the spirit of our nation's 250th anniversary, this beer celebrates great company, great beer, and a partnership that supports wildlife education and conservation at Elmwood Park Zoo.

Perch Pils: West Coast Style Pilsner - 5.2% abv
Perch Pils is a West Coast style pilsner that's brewed for seekers of crisp horizons. With bright hops, a clean malt backbone, and a refreshing snap, it's the perfect beer to enjoy on summits, shorelines, or any perch you call your own. Perch Up & Pour On!

Chirp: Light American Lager - 4.0% abv
Pours completely bright with a pale golden hue and bright white fluffy head. Aromas of subtle graininess and light herbal hop character lend to delicious flavor with low bitterness, making this a refreshing and easy to drink light lager.

Phan Fare: Game Day IPA - 5.0% abv
Get game day ready with Phan Fare, a hazy, sessionable IPA built for easy drinking. Brewed with Citra, Ekuanot, and Idaho 7, it opens with bright aromas of orange peel, ripe berry, and a hint of bubblegum. Those same notes carry through the flavor, finishing on a smooth, soft body with low bitterness. Full and satisfying on the palate without being heavy or cloying - just a clean, crushable IPA you’ll keep coming back.

Trojan Horse: Amber Lager - 5.8% abv
Flavorful Vienna and Munich malts blend together in a decoction mash to produce a beer rich in toasted bread notes. An extended lagering phase and a touch of spicy German hops round the beer into a beautiful form.

Wunderkind: Pilsner - 4.5% abv
Brewed using Pilsen malt, German yeast, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, you’ll find yourself wondering how a beer can be so simple yet so flavorfully complex.
